What hours can I call you?
Standard NZ business hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Auckland time. Voicemail outside hours is monitored, but the fastest answer is always email or the enquiry form.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We acknowledge every enquiry promptly. A full quote usually follows within a day or two, depending on complexity, provision of an artwork file, and we will tell you up front if a request needs longer (custom-made items, unusual decoration).
Can I meet in person?
For larger jobs, yes. We will come to your office in the Auckland region, or jump on a video call for clients elsewhere in NZ. Most quotes are sorted entirely by email or phone.
