How long does a typical promotional order take?
Most stocked items ship within 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Custom apparel and offshore-made lines run 4 to 6 weeks. Send us the deadline up front and we will tell you what fits.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item and the branding method. Pens start at 50 units. Apparel usually starts at 25. Custom-made items often start at 250 or 500. We will quote against your budget and tell you the threshold for each option.
Do you do small print runs?
Yes. Digital print covers business cards, brochures, flyers, and stationery from 50 units. Offset becomes more economical above about 1,000 units. We will recommend whichever lands the better price for your run.
Can I see a proof before you produce anything?
Always. You get a visual proof showing the logo position, colours, and sizing before anything goes to print or production. Nothing is committed until you approve in writing.
What file formats do you need for our logo?
Vector files first choice. AI, EPS, or PDF with editable paths. SVG works for screen-only use. PNG and JPG are acceptable for some methods if the resolution is high enough. We will tell you if anything needs redrawing.
Do you deliver across New Zealand?
Yes, nationwide. We courier through Go Sweet Spot and partner carriers, with rural and South Island typically adding 1 to 2 days. Freight is confirmed on your quote.
