NZ-owned
Cloudbase Concepts Ltd is 100% New Zealand-owned and operated, based in One Tree Hill Auckland. No overseas head office, no franchise model. Decisions get made in Auckland by the family who runs the business.
NZ-printed
Every print job we place runs on a New Zealand press unless you specifically ask for offshore. Auckland is our default. Wellington and Christchurch when freight or volume makes it cheaper for you.
NZ-decorated
Embroidery, screen-print, pad-print, and laser etch on promotional items happens in New Zealand wherever the volume supports it. We use NZ trade-decorators we have worked with for years. You will be advised at time of quoting on larger volumes where using the overseas factory will bring you a better price point without compromising quality.
NZ-delivered
Courier and freight inside Aotearoa, including rural, including Chatham Islands on request. We use Go Sweet Spot, NZ Post, and Post Haste depending on what is faster and cheaper for your address.
Honest about what we import
Some product categories (USBs, technology accessories, some apparel) are not made in New Zealand at any scale. We will tell you. We do not pretend imported product is NZ-made. We can still decorate it locally so the brand work is Kiwi even when the blank is not.
