Who we are

A small Auckland team with a big trade network.

Cloudbase Print & Promotions is the trading name for Cloudbase Concepts Ltd, a family-run business based in One Tree Hill, Auckland. Tony Seaman has been supplying print and promotional products in New Zealand since the early 1990s. The relationships we have built with NZ and Australasian suppliers across that time mean we can put your job in front of the right press, the right embroidery machine, the right packaging finisher every time.

We apply our product and process knowledge plus skills to identify the correct item and process for your job, manage it through the right production partner, and stand behind every order with a prompt quote turnaround and a no-drama redo policy if anything is wrong.

About us, in detail

Frequent questions about Cloudbase.

How long have you been in business?
More than 30 years. Cloudbase Print & Promotions has been a print and promo distributor in New Zealand since the early 1990s, working with NZ corporates, SMBs and tradies across that whole stretch.
Are you NZ-owned and operated?
Yes. Family-run business based in One Tree Hill, Auckland. NZBN registered, GST registered, NZ bank accounts, NZ team. We supply NZ-wide and ship printed pens to a couple of Australian clients.
Are you a BNI member?
Yes. Long-standing BNI Platinum member, Auckland chapter. Weekly meeting, weekly accountability, very kiwi business community.
What is the difference between a print distributor and a print shop?
A print shop owns its presses and is best at the jobs those presses do well. A distributor sits between you and a network of trusted shops, and picks the right one for each job. You get breadth, we manage the relationships.
How do you guarantee quality across multiple suppliers?
We only work with production partners we have used for years. We sign off a visual proof with you before anything is produced, and inspect samples on arrival before they go to you. Anything we are not happy with, we redo. No drama.
