Choose screen print when quantity is on your side and the artwork uses solid colours: event and giveaway tees, team hoodies, uniform tees and merch runs. Each colour in the design is applied through its own screen, so unit cost drops fast as quantity climbs, and the ink sits bold and opaque even on dark garments.

Because each colour needs its own screen setup, small runs with many colours cost more per unit. That is where DTG takes over. Send us the artwork and the quantity and we will quote both methods so you can compare directly.

Vector artwork with defined spot colours prints best: logos, typography, flat illustration. We supply a press-ready proof showing print position and Pantone-matched colours before anything runs. If your file is not print-ready we will tell you straight and sort it, usually without drama.
