We coordinate the entire booth: signage, banner stands, name badges, lanyards, branded staff apparel, giveaways, and after-event mailers. Questions events typically ask.

How long do you need to prep a trade show booth bundle?
For standard kit (banners, lanyards, apparel, giveaways) allow 3 to 4 weeks from artwork sign-off. Rush jobs in 7 to 10 working days are possible on a subset (banners, badges, basic apparel) for a rush fee. Tell us the event date up front.
Can you do printed name badges with each attendee's name?
Yes. Send us a CSV of names and we produce printed inserts in lanyard pouches, or full-colour printed metal or plastic badges. Common for conferences over 100 attendees.
What is the cheapest effective giveaway for foot traffic?
Branded tote bag at 100+ units gives the lowest cost-per-impression because attendees use it for the rest of the show. Branded pens at 250+ are the close second. We can quote both.
Can you ship straight to the venue?
Yes. We routinely courier direct to event venues or conference logistics teams. We need the venue contact and dock-in details in advance, and we suggest dispatch arrives 1 to 2 days before the event for safety.
