Cloudbase Print & Promotions is a print and promotional products distributor for New Zealand graphic designers and studios. We act as your trade production partner: trade pricing on print, file-spec advice, visual proofs before production, sample dispatch for client sign-off, and direct courier to the end client. We have partnered with Auckland studios for 30 years. Send us press-ready PDFs and we handle the rest.

Do you offer trade pricing for graphic designers?
Yes. Send us your studio details and we will set you up on a trade account with margin pricing on print and promo. Trade quotes are turned around promptly.
What file format should I send for print?
PDF with 3mm bleed, fonts outlined or embedded, CMYK colour mode (Pantone callouts where spot colours apply), and images at 300dpi minimum. We will check files and flag any issues before charging anything.
Can you white-label the delivery to my client?
Yes. We dispatch direct to your client with no Cloudbase branding on the parcel or invoice. Your studio name on the delivery if you prefer. Common request for ongoing studio clients.
Do you do specialty finishes (foil, spot UV, soft-touch)?
Yes. Hot foil stamping, spot UV (matt or high-build), soft-touch laminate, emboss, deboss, edge paint, edge foil, and letterpress. Lead times for specialty finishes are typically 7 to 14 working days on top of standard print.
